Terms and Conditions FIT Quiz

§ 1 Scope

The present terms and conditions of participation apply to participation in the Wickey FIT Quiz. Participation in the Wickey FIT Quiz is governed exclusively by the following terms and conditions.

§ 2 Promotion

(1) The promotion is organized by WICKEY GmbH & Co. KG, Franz-Savels-Straße 69, 52538 Gangelt, Germany.

(2) The promotion is limited in time. The promotion begins on 06.02.2026 and ends on 01.03.2026 at 24:00. Late submissions will not be considered.

(3) After the participant has achieved at least 20 points in the quiz, they will receive a 10% discount code for our entire FIT category.

(4) The discount code cannot be combined with other discount codes, competitions, or promotions advertised via social media and Google.

§ 3 Participation

(1) Eligible to participate are natural persons with legal capacity who are at least 18 years old. Participating customers must have their permanent residence in Europe. Employees of Wickey GmbH & Co. KG and their family members are excluded from participation.

(2) Only customers of Wickey GmbH & Co. KG are eligible to participate. Participation requires answering the quiz questions.

(3) Registration for the promotion takes place by answering the final quiz question.

(4) The participant must complete all quiz questions, consisting of 4 questions, and submit them to Wickey GmbH & Co. KG. Submission takes place automatically by answering the final question. If at least 2 questions are answered correctly, the participant will receive the coupon code for the outdoor fitness equipment.

(5) Wickey GmbH & Co. KG may exclude participants from the promotion without stating reasons. This applies in particular if the participant has provided incomplete data. In the event of a breach of the terms and conditions of participation or a justified suspicion of such a breach by the participant, Wickey GmbH & Co. KG is entitled to exclude the participant with immediate effect. In such a case, Wickey GmbH & Co. KG is entitled to revoke and/or reclaim any prizes.

(6) Each participant may only take part in the promotion once.

§ 4 Implementation and Processing

(1) Cash payment of the voucher amount is not possible.

(2) After submitting the survey, the participant will receive their discount code by email. The code is valid until 12.04.2026.

§ 5 Participation Data

(1) The participant agrees that their name may be used and published by Wickey GmbH & Co. KG for marketing purposes in the event of a win.

(2) The participant expressly agrees that photographs may be taken of them on behalf of Wickey GmbH & Co. KG and published online to promote the promotion. The participant agrees that these photographs, together with the participant’s name, may be made publicly accessible for self-promotion by Wickey GmbH & Co. KG and passed on to the press as part of press work and reporting on the promotion by Wickey GmbH & Co. KG. The participant’s consent also includes the publication of the images and their name in print media and other media. The participant has no claim to the publication of their name or the photographs taken. The participant has no entitlement to any remuneration arising from the publication of data and images in accordance with this provision.

(3) The participant expressly agrees that Wickey GmbH & Co. KG may store their registration data for the duration of the competition and, in the event of a win, for the purpose of sending the prize and for publication pursuant to para. 1.

§ 6 Rights and Obligations of Wickey GmbH & Co. KG

(1) Wickey GmbH & Co. KG does not verify the registration data.

(2) Wickey GmbH & Co. KG is entitled to cancel the competition at any time. In the event of cancellation, no reasons need to be given to participants. Cancellation may be considered if proper execution of the promotion can no longer be guaranteed for technical or legal reasons. If the cancellation is caused by the conduct of a participant, Wickey GmbH & Co. KG may claim damages.

(3) In the event of a breach of these terms and conditions of participation or a justified suspicion of such a breach by a customer, Wickey GmbH & Co. KG is entitled to exclude the respective customer.

§ 7 Liability

(1) Wickey GmbH & Co. KG shall be liable without limitation for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence by Wickey GmbH & Co. KG or by its legal representatives, executive employees, or vicarious agents.

(2) In cases of slightly negligent breach of only non-essential contractual obligations, Wickey GmbH & Co. KG shall not be liable. Otherwise, liability for damages caused by slight negligence is limited to those damages that typically must be expected to occur within the scope of the contractual relationship. This also applies to slightly negligent breaches of duty by legal representatives, executive employees, or vicarious agents. The limitation of liability does not apply to claims for personal injury, damage to health, or loss of life of the participant, insofar as this is attributable to Wickey GmbH & Co. KG.

(3) All information is provided without guarantee. This applies in particular to the publication of customer names.

§ 8 Data Protection

(1) Wickey GmbH & Co. KG treats participants’ registration data confidentially and only makes them available to third parties insofar as this is permitted under data protection law, necessary for carrying out the promotion and sending the discount code, or consent has been given by the registrant.

(2) Wickey GmbH & Co. KG points out that the customer’s personal data is processed electronically. The data is used solely for the execution of the promotion and for promotional purposes in accordance with § 5, unless otherwise agreed.

(3) With the information on the processing of personal data, Wickey GmbH & Co. KG informs the participant about the type, scope, duration, and purpose of the collection, processing, and use of personal data, their right to free information about the personal data stored by Wickey GmbH & Co. KG, and their right to rectification, deletion, and blocking of this data.

§ 9 Legal Recourse

Legal recourse is excluded.

§ 10 Final Provisions

(1) The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply. For consumers who do not conclude the contract for professional or commercial purposes, this choice of law shall apply only insofar as the protection afforded is not withdrawn by mandatory provisions of the law of the state in which the consumer has their habitual residence. The provisions of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) shall not apply.

(2) If the participant does not have a general place of jurisdiction in Germany or if their residence or habitual abode is unknown at the time legal action is brought, the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract shall be the registered office of Wickey GmbH & Co. KG.

(3) Should individual provisions of these promotional terms and conditions be or become wholly or partially invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
